Terms of Purchasing with Global Prime Direct

Global Prime Direct specializes in product procurement. We do not take responsibility for any Items that are restricted by Amazon. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify Amazon restrictions, including hazmat restrictions prior to purchasing. Upon receipt of payment, all sale will be deemed final without any resolution.

Our products are sourced through our vendor network. We take no responsibility for any Amazon or brand issues or grievances. We are not responsible for price fluctuation within Amazon’s marketplace. Any MAP pricing restrictions will be notified to buyer prior to payment. Upon receipt of payment from buyer, the buyer must abide by stated MAP. Global Prime Direct will not be held responsible for any MAP violations. Global Prime Direct will not assist in any MAP violation support, the buyer will be fully responsible for finding a solution. Global Prime Direct will not offer any supportive document besides their invoice for any Amazon grievance.  For any claims of shortages or receipt of damaged goods, you must file a report with the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. All sales are final. When doing business with Global Prime Direct you acknowledge and agree with all terms and conditions above.
